ATM CARD

The ATM card is for our customers who only want access to a savings account or have no desire to have the Visa Check Card. The customers may use this card and their personal identification number (PIN) to initiate transactions at ATMs owned by Cashmere Valley Bank or ATMs within the networks identified on the card.

If the customer requests access to their checking account with this card, it can also be used at Point of Sale (POS) terminals displaying one of the logos indicated on the back of the card (Exchange, Access or Plus).

How to use your ATM safely:

  • Memorize your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and keep it to yourself. Don't keep it in your wallet.
  • Keep your ATM card in a safe place. It's as valuable to you as your credit card. If the ATM card is lost or stolen, report it to your bank immediately.
  • Keep extra deposit envelopes in your car, so you can fill them out before approaching the ATM.
  • Have your paperwork and your ATM card ready when you reach the ATM so you won't have to reach into your purse or wallet.
  • Stand between the ATM and people waiting in line so no one can see your PIN number or your transaction.
  • Don't accept help from strangers while you're using the ATM. If you have a problem, contact the bank.
  • Take your ATM receipt. Put away your cash, ATM card, and receipt before you leave the ATM.
