Working together with your Flex Equity Line of Credit, as the principal balance in your Flex Equity Term Loan is paid down, the available balance on your Line of Credit is replenished. Providing you with the ability to fund more dreams.

You have the option of having as many as three Flex Equity Term Loans at any one time, and are not limited to how many term loans you may have over the life of your Flex Equity Home Equity Line of Credit.
