ONLINE BANKING USER GUIDE

Accessing your Account

  • From CVB's main page, click on "Online Login"
  • Enter your Online Banking ID and Online Banking Password
  • Click on LOGIN

If this is your first time signing on to the Online Banking, you will be prompted to change your Password, to do this you will need to do the following:

  • Enter the 4 digit password supplied to you by the Bank
  • Enter a new 6-8 digit alpha-numeric password
  • Re-enter your new password (to verify change)
  • Click on Submit

*We recommend your new password contain non-repeating numbers and letters, and that you change your password every 90 days.  This is an additional security step to ensure that only you know your password.

Viewing Your Accounts

All of the accounts you have listed on your Online Banking Enrollment Form will be listed along with the balance of each account.

From the Account Listing page, locate your accounts and click on the down arrow located to the right of your account, for the drop down menu to select an option.

Transactions (You can view the past 90 days of account history.)

  1. View Transactions since Last Statement, Last 7 days, Last 15 days, or Last 30 days.
  2. Search Transactions to search for a specific transaction or to view transactions older than 30 days.
  3. View an Image of your checks or deposit slips by clicking on the check number or by clicking on 'View Image'.

Download (You can download the past 90 days of account history)

  1. Select 'Range' to determine transactions to download
  2. Select 'Download Format'
  3. Click 'Submit', and then click the download link provided to download transactions

Statements (The past 3 months statements will be available.)

  1. Select the format to view your statement in from the 'View Statements/Notices' drop down menu.

Stop Payment (This option is for Check Stop Payments only. To place a Stop Payment on an electronic transaction, contact any one of our branch locations.)

  1. Enter the required information about the check you wish to place a stop payment on.
  2. Click 'Submit', once the Submit buttion is clicked, the Stop Payment is effective and your account will be charged a Stop Payment fee.

Transfers (To be processed the same day, all online transfers must be received before 8:00PM PT.)

  1. Select an account to 'Transfer Funds From'.
  2. Select the account to 'Transfer Funds To'. If you are transferring funds into a loan to make a payment, payment options will display.
  3. Enter the 'Amount to Transfer'.
  4. Select a 'Frequency'. If you choose a frequency other than one-time, you will have to enter a 'Stop Date'. This tells our system when to stop making this transfer.
  5. Select a 'Date' for the transfer to occur.
  6. Click 'Submit', and you will receive a confirmation number for your transfer of funds.

Order Checks

  1. Click on 'Order Checks'
  2. Select the account to 'Order Check for'.
  3. Click 'Submit' and follow the steps provided.

To update the 'Options' on your account

  1. Click on 'Options'.
  2. Select 'Personal' to update personal information such as your e-mail address, password, etc.
  3. Select 'Account' to update your pseudo account names.
  4. Select 'Alerts' to set Event Alert options.
  5. Select 'Display' to change your display options.
