When can I use ValleyLink Telephone Banking?
Use ValleyLink Telephone Banking 7 days a week, 24 hours a day - including weekends and holidays. You can access your accounts anywhere in the world using a touch-tone phone. When you're out of town, simply call 1-888-782-4634.

How will ValleyLink Telephone Banking help me?
You will receive the most current information on your accounts. When you call ValleyLink Telephone Banking, your account information will be as current as if you had called a Customer Service Representative. Using your PIN, you will also have access to the Transfer Option which allows you to move funds from one account to another.

What's a "PIN" and what do I need to know about it?
A "PIN" (Personal Identification Number) is a security number that only you know.

What should I do if I forget my PIN?
Call any Cashmere Valley Bank office weekdays from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

How do I take advantage of the transfer option?
Just sign an authorization designating which accounts you want available through the transfer option. You will only have access to the accounts on which you are listed as a signer. Once your authorization card is received, we will initiate the changes and have you set up within 7 business days or less.
