With ValleyLink Telephone Banking your account information is available to you in real-time, all the time. You can access your account worldwide by land-line touch-tone telephones or by cell phone.
When you open your account you are automatically signed up on ValleyLink to receive information only. Simply call the access number and follow the instructions to get account information.

About Your PIN
The first time you use ValleyLink you will be prompted to setup a unique PIN (personal identification number). This PIN should be unique to you and should not be shared. The PIN is required to access ValleyLink and to authorize transfers between accounts. If you forget your PIN simply call your local branch, and we’ll reset it for you.
